Ticketing (Jira & Linear)

Turn findings and firewall events into tickets with native Jira (Cloud + Data Center) and Linear clients. Each ticket carries the full evidence bundle, and status round-trips both ways so closing the ticket closes the finding.

Setup

  • Connect Jira (Cloud or Data Center) or Linear with an API token.
  • Configure the project key, issue type, and default assignee per team/tenant.

Creating tickets

  • Automatic — create a ticket when a finding hits a chosen decision tier (e.g. every Patch-Now).
  • Bulk — select a filtered finding view and create tickets in one action.
  • Evidence-rich — the ticket includes the advisory, signal stack, decision tier/SLA, and a link back to the finding in dpndncY.
Two-way status
Status updates round-trip: move the ticket to Done and the finding is marked resolved; reopen the finding and the ticket reflects it. No drift between your tracker and the platform.
